Sue has been a PA and Administration Manager for various Company Directors (Leads2U, Mr Kevin Baker who owned Promotional companies) since 2015 and has also managed a company marketing SIP approved investments properties in the Caribbean. Great Organisational and people skills have seen her through successful careers in both.

Oliver has been working in the residential and commercial field since 2016. Recently successfully completed 50 plus project designs across London – ranging from simple side extensions to more complex new build flats.

He can guide you from beginning to end – ideas through to council approval. He is very imaginative and good at spotting angles of design that others may miss, he is very thorough. He will be available to assist you step by step under the 30 Day philosophy that there will always be someone to help, assist and advise.

He has a tremendous understanding of the workings of sites and how they should be run including vast experience on legal and contractural matters. Trained by the company in ICF walls.

Since 2019, working in practice designing and building from residential to commercial. Lead Designer and Project coordinator at 30 Day Extensions Ltd. He strives to ensure the ethos of the business is that of Quality, Integrity and Value. Deliver good designs and builds that is functional, achievable and exceeds expectations.

Helen joins the team with extensive experience in the property sector. She spent eight years with Bloor Homes, along with roles at several other developers, working within sales and overseeing customer options. During her career, she has received multiple Trustpilot awards and an Excellence Award in recognition of her performance and customer service.

In addition to her property experience, Helen has worked as a Personal Assistant to a CEO and travelled internationally as long-haul cabin crew with British Airways.

Helen will be responsible for overseeing the second fix department, working closely with suppliers and liaising with customers to ensure a high standard of service and delivery.

Fahad is an accomplished Architectural Designer with a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Greenwich. He specialises in residential design and has developed a strong reputation for delivering creative, functional, and well-resolved homes tailored to each client’s needs.

With extensive experience in the residential sector, he is a professional at guiding projects from concept through to completion—ensuring each design meets planning requirements while maintaining aesthetic and practical excellence. He takes pride in transforming ideas into beautifully executed spaces that enhance the way people live.

Steve has been involved in residential development since 1981, working both as Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager on contracts as diverse as small extensions through to the construction of large high- specification, new build properties for residential developers on well known private Surrey estates.

He has a tremendous understanding of the workings of sites and how they should be run including vast experience on legal and contractural matters. Trained by the company in ICF walls.

Having built approximately 200 extensions in the last few years. He is the company’s overall projects manager. He has a fantastic reputation for bringing in projects on time and on budget.

With more than 30 years working in construction as a Project Manager under his belt. Kosta has built and project managed an array of different sized projects both residential and commercial, including new build flats with basements and penthouses. His pure experience and ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently proves a tremendous asset to our clients.
