Who is Peter Snelson?
About Peter Snelson, CEO of 30 Day Extensions
From 1978 – 2003 Peter had been involved in every aspect of property starting as an Estate agent where he spent time working for Sturgis & Son Chiswick, and Richard Barclay, Clapham.
Thereafter he became a property developer and then a property dealer, mainly operating in South London (1984 – 2003).
From 2003-2007, Peter took four years out and lived on his yacht, a Jeanneau 43 DS, called Lady Marie D.
He sailed from Salcombe, across Biscay, to the Mediterranean. He lived in Barcelona, Ibiza, Corfu and Montenegro. He started a company called Dom, in Montenegro and operated for two years from the port of Bar buying land in Tivat and Kotor.
Peter then moved with his wife to Thailand where he wrote Thailand Diaries, and started writing The Sixth Handshake. He also wrote for local newspapers and magazines. Using his sailing knowledge, he invented and operated floating bars on the sea, as well as floating furniture (this is an ongoing project), under the name of Blue Ocean Bars (BOB).
Peter returned to the UK in 2015 and started House Extension Wandsworth, now known as 30 Day Extensions Ltd, which he will shortly be franchising with branches across Southern England.
He has just formalised the successful drawing/design department, and called it 30 Day Architecture.
Peters book The Sixth Handshake is due to be published and he is now producing a mini film to promote it.
Peter currently lives in Andalucía, Spain with his wife, and son, and commutes to London to oversee the companies.

The book 'The Sixth Handshake'
“I was inspired by realising that everybody has experienced something supernatural. They also have an amazing coincidence. Realising that the two are closely connected in 2014, I started to write the book. Over the ten years it’s taken to get it finished I have experienced some amazing things in relation to it.
If you think about where you are now, and where you were as a teenager, you will realise that if coincidence hadn’t played a huge part, you’d still be where you were then. Jobs, relationships, how you met your partner, place of residence… thought for the day.” – Peter Snelson, author of The Sixth Handshake
The book 'Schock!'
“You can’t eat a Ferrari!
Schock! exposes how vulnerable we are and how wealth could be lost with the click of a finger.
This book explores what happens when satellites and cables are deliberately destroyed and an expat community in the province of Malaga loses all communication systems. Suddenly, all they have is a water well and no access to food (little do they realise that their situation is global, and not unique).
Worse still, the surrounding Spaniards view the ex-pats as having no claim on the only water well. Everything starts to become tribal, with food and water becoming the new currency.
The reader will realise that the fantastic situation that arises is not fictional, but probably what’s to come.
Without technology, there simply isn’t enough food to support the population. It’s really scary to realise that, as a species, we are still primitive – except the Internet has destroyed most of our ancestral survival skills.
Technology has disarmed us.” – Peter Snelson, author of Schock!

Wrote Thailand Diaries – published in Far East – it broke even and didn’t, as presumed, set the world on fire.
