I used to enjoy the end of day conversations with the Project Manager, Taras.  They always ended “OK, no problem.”

The 30 Day Extension concept is great, the only reason we went over this was for two reasons:

• Building Control made us have bigger foundations (no moans from the team, they just got on with digging half way to Australia)
• Doors were delayed, and so they built us a very nice patio while we were waiting.

Otherwise, 100% on time and budget! The team were tidy and considerate. I would recommend them to friends and would use them again.
