We opted to go with 30 Day based a bit on the competitive price they gave but mainly on confidence the team gave us (in particular Taras) during the tendering process. They lived up to their word and more. There are two words that have come to define how we talk about working with the 30 Day team – Hard graft.

From the first day they came on site to the last day they handed over the keys, their work ethic was immense. But not just that. The quality of the work as well as the professionalism were exceptional. Being newbies to the world of building extensions, they were very helpful in scenarios where we didn’t know what we wanted as well as being responsive when we changed our minds on other areas.

Underpinning all of this was working with Sue (30 Day office co-ordination) who keep everything ticking along (bills, invoices, etc). All in all, I’d highly recommend the 30 Day team. (We’re going to get them back in when we’re ready to do our loft)
