30 Day Extensions built for us a 2 storey extension to our home.

We chose Peter’s company over 3 others because of his competitive pricing, strong history of delivering to a tight timeframe, and demonstrated ability to handle non-standard works.

With the project now complete, we are certain that we made the right choice – the work was completed on time and on budget, despite a number of external complications.  Peter’s team managed changing structural specifications (no fault of 30 Day Extensions as we, regrettably, used our own Structural Engineer), as well as extreme weather conditions.

As well as being genuinely lovely people, the team of builders were incredibly efficient and every day we were able to see progress that had been made.  They were able to handle everything they encountered with ease, bringing in specialists when necessary, which made a lot of difference, especially on the work that involved the existing property such as the roof and the steelwork.  The accuracy of the work has made all of the second fix work much easier.

The way that 30 Day Extensions charge made our lives easier, as all costs are broken down straightforwardly and spread across the duration of the project.  Bear this in mind when comparing quotes as, unfortunately, not everyone works this way.
