We used 30 Day Extensions to build our loft extension in 2020 (2 Bedrooms and a Bathroom) and a Side-Return. The build was fantastic and completed on time and on budget. We could not have been happier with the responsiveness of Peter the owner, the office support team and also Taras the Project Manager.

I am posting the review not in relation to the original work but in relation to some remedial work and the fact that when we raised an issue after 2 years there was absolutely no quibbling, they came back and agreed something could be better, project managed the fix with the same precision and organisation as the main build, fixed the issue and then made good the surrounding area.

They came, the fixed, they left again.

I must admit having had some poor experiences with builders in the past we were skeptical of the value of a warranty but true to their word, Peter and 30 Days came when we needed them.

For the curious it was water pooling on a patio which only became evident with the heavy rains a few weeks ago. The patio needed slightly more slope to correctly stop water gathering

Do your own due diligence but recommended for reliability and follow through…in our case 2 years later.
